RAL Today
We currently have 24 volunteer support workers, both male and female, who provide telephone support, face to face and counselling support. Our volunteers, over the last year, have provided over 1000 hours on Helpline duty and over 140 hours have been spent in face to face meetings with clients.
We are currently in the middle of an exciting time for RAL. We are holding a “Supporting Survivors” conference in September and we been fortunate to secure Dave Mearns – Emeritus Professor of Counselling at Strathclyde University to head the team of speakers.
