RAL is always expanding and evolving.  We try to keep up to date with new ways of communicating and more efficient ways of offering support.  We actively build links with other agencies and organisations to attempt to ensure that potential clients can access the correct information as easily as possible.

We listen to service user feedback and the views of survivors whose own experiences allow them to be the real experts in the field, and we try to incorporate this into our service provision.
