RAL is a member of The Telephone Helplines Association, and has received much help and ongoing support for the many issues raised in the day-to-day running of our service.
RAL is an organisational member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and endeavours to work within their ethical framework for good practice.
The Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations has assisted us in upgrading and improving our recruitment process for volunteer support workers. As a result we now have a number of new volunteers who have just gone on-line .
