Helplines and support services:

The Helplines are open at times specified on the answer phone.  These are mainly evenings between 7pm and 10pm, but also on some week day sessions.

The Helpline numbers are as follows:

• For a male support worker call:  0808 800 0122

• For a female support worker call: 0808 800 0123

• You can also leave a message on the Helpline voicemail when the line is closed and request a call back.  One of our support workers will call you back within a few days.

• Face to face support work can be arranged but only in our local areas. We currently have Support Workers carrying out face to face work in the Highlands.

To arrange face to face support, you can ask one of the Support Workers on the helpline for information, or you can call our Support Work Co-ordinator on 01349 800155.

RAL has a comprehensive directory of services and so can sign post you to an agency near to you if that is what you request.
